POLICY

Since its inception, Health Issues Centre has taken great interest in health policy at many levels including federal, state and local government, and that of individual health services. Policy shapes the health services available to people. Health Issues Centre works to influence health policy so that all Australians can have access to health care that meets their needs and delivers good health outcomes. Health Issues Centre believes that consumers, carers and community members should have a say in the development, implementation and evaluation of health policy.
